Catie spent 13+ years as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Product Innovation for a leading natural CPG company, where she led brand growth strategies that consistently delivered revenue results. Her passion lies in crafting authentic marketing that connects with today’s conscious consumers—amplifying brand stories through trend forecasting, retail strategy, digital innovation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
As an early advocate for clean beauty, Catie has been instrumental in driving consumer awareness, shaping ingredient standards, and mentoring indie brands toward retail readiness and lasting success. He comes to us with an M.B.A. in Marketing and 20+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Disney, Meta, Fox Studios, and Tyson Foods. To complement his business experience, he has a deep understanding of all things related to data - both technical and non-technical.
